MORE THAN A TEAM. A PROGRAM BUILT FOR DEVELOPMENT.
Virginia Venom Baseball & Softball is a nonprofit youth sports organization committed to providing athletes with opportunities to develop, compete, and grow — both on and off the field. For almost 20 years, Virginia Venom has served athletes and families throughout the Williamsburg and greater Tidewater community. Our goal is simple: provide young athletes with a competitive environment where they can improve their skills, challenge themselves, build confidence, and learn what it means to be a great teammate.
OUR MISSION
Virginia Venom exists to develop young athletes through quality instruction, competitive opportunities, and a positive team environment. We believe player development goes beyond wins and losses. Our coaches strive to teach the fundamentals of the game while reinforcing the habits and values that help young people succeed beyond athletics — work ethic, accountability, sportsmanship, teamwork, resilience, and respect.
THE VENOM EXPERIENCE
Our athletes have opportunities to develop through competitive team play, practices, camps and clinics, individual instruction, and 24/7 access to our indoor training facility.
BASEBALL & SOFTBALL
Virginia Venom provides competitive opportunities for both baseball and softball players, with teams and programming designed to help athletes continue developing as they progress through youth sports. Our coaches and volunteers share a commitment to creating an environment where players are challenged, supported, and given the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
OUR COMMUNITY
Virginia Venom is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported by our families, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners. Their investment of time, resources, and support allows us to continue creating opportunities for young athletes and strengthening the Venom program for the next generation.
